SKIPPY® Tic-tac-toe Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
·         2 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
·         1 slice whole-grain bread
·         1 medium banana
·         1 teaspoon honey

INSTRUCTION
1.      Spread peanut butter on bread
2.      Cut 4 slices from banana to make "O"s
3.      Cut remaining banana into thin strips to make "X"s
4.      Drizzle with honey before eating.

Best Ever SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (12 cookies)


INGREDIENTS:
·         350g cups quick-cooking oats
·         240g cups all-purpose flour
·         1 teaspoon baking powder
·         1 teaspoon baking soda
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         240g cup butter
·         240g cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
·         200g cup granulated sugar
·         200g cup packed brown sugar
·         2 large eggs
·         2 teaspoons vanilla extract
·         30g chocolate chips, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oven to 180°C350°F
2. In small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
3. In large bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in granulated and brown sugars, eggs and vanilla until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended; stir in chocolate chips.
4. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart. Bake 13 minutes or until golden. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
