Five years later!

 Oh wow, Hiya.

I have accidentally stumbled across this old blog by searching for something online. 

I have just read through some of my old posts and I feel emotional this is crazy remembering old emotions and where I was in life. 

Let me give you a quick update on what’s happened in the last five years.

-The kids have grown huge amounts 

- I had a pretty bad mental health phase which seemed to last a while I was drinking a lot trying to block out pain I didn’t even realise was there 

- I had therapy and got better! 

- I qualified as a mental health nurse 

- we brought a dog - Ruby 

- I planned a wedding and got married 

Life has been a whirlwind but I’m still here fighting I think I’m going to start writing on this blog again even if it’s just at a personal level.

We finally got some answers

Since Lullah entered our lives I simply can not really remember a time she was fully well, But near the end of last year it reached it's peak. It seemed to start with her normal cough runny nose and belly problems which has been on going what feels like forever, it then proceeded to nights awake with her coughing until she nearly passed out and not being able to breath properly. my anxiety was so high I spent many nights on the bedroom floor at the foot of the bed with pure fear she would either choke or stop breathing. As time went on it continued to progress and now Lullah was coughing all through the day time to! including coughing up white bubble like Flem leading on to her throwing up 5-6 times a day. Every week we were seeing the GP's twice  to be told the same old shit... Viral Infection, just a cold, Throat infection (boring!). Three nights I spent holding her up asleep just so she could breath. Back to the Dr's we went I was nearly in tears saying this has been going on two months shes so poorly and I mentally can not cope with this anymore it was now making me ill its so stressful watching your child suffer and being so anxious they may just stop breathing, This Dr had no sympathy and said well other parents put up with sleepless night longer than two months, lets just say I had to leave on my own accord before the lack of sleep food and energy mother released her wrath on his overpaid arse! He clearly dismissed us and could not care less.

Decision time with a quick brain storm.

The last few months got very tense in my life, nothing dramatic I just had a hell of a lot going on. Being a mother whilst studying and also working I found very difficult OK not just difficult emotionally painful is more what it was. Drowning in assignments with exams coming out my ears a washing pile taller than me and my children just wanting to spend time with me made it difficult to find a balance. Having said that I made it out the other side I have finished college with amazing results better than I thought I would ever achieve Im pretty proud of myself. Sadly I didn't achieve my maths and have given up pushing myself for this year, Im going to concentrate on maths for a whole year next year and let myself breath a little before throwing myself into uni.

Minnie mouse sweet and candy Van by IMC

Minnie Mouse now has her very own sweets and candy van, Its jam packed with scrummy goodies. It has everything Minnie needs to set up her own cafe which children can do by opening up the van transforming it into a beautiful little cafe.

 This set is for age 3+ as it does have little parts included, It has ten accessories and a pretty little Minnie figure but shes not just any Minnie mouse if you sit her on the drivers seat of the van it activates the lights and sounds, Amazing!  The van has two Melodie tunes which are activated by pressing the big bow on the front so everyone knows she is coming.

These sort of toys go down a treat in our house we have two mega Minnie mouse fans and seems as she has  her own little treats what could be better. This toy is a very good quality toy but I wouldn't expect anything less from a Disney toy. They always seem to be great quality and good attention to detail. 

The van its self is a really pretty pink colour with lots of bows and love hearts, with a glittery canopy opening side its something you would imagine Minnie mouse driving something little girls would dream of driving one day! Minnie is kitted out with her pretty apron and baking hat to match the theme. 

The van is a great size along with the Minnie figure perfect for little hands like lullahs and not to fiddly, I could see any little Minnie mouse fan being very happy with this toy it would provide lots of fun and role play activities.

Sorry I have been a Little Hush

Basically the title says it all, I have been very quiet as we have had so much going on in our little lives lets start with the fact Lullah broke her toe. Wow I never knew how much that big little toe could have such an effect on our lives. Lullah cried for around three weeks straight refused to wear shoes and could not walk anywhere! Thank god she is all healed and back to her normal self!

I have started college and OMG its the hardest thing I have ever done I have cried twice already along with work and the kids house etc I am bloody exhausted, Im currently trying to find my life work college balance im slowly getting their but it really is hard. *yawn*

Im hoping to be back blogging as much as I used to now as I really don't want to loose touch with my little headspace blog. Bare with me im a work in progress x
